746 Lightning Hawk Squadron has been invited once again to support YNJ Air Fair Day, and we are proud to confirm that our cadets will be attending as official representatives of the Canadian Cadet Organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for our youth to demonstrate leadership, professional

ism, and community service while engaging with the public at one of the region’s most exciting aviation events.

Cadet Sign‑Up Form

Cadets interested in volunteering at YNJ Air Fair Day are asked to complete the sign‑up form as soon as possible so we can finalize gate assignments and shift schedules.

Cadet Volunteer Role – Welcoming Guests at the Main Gates

Following a planning meeting with Jenna from YNJ, our squadron has been asked to assist with guest reception at the Air Fair’s entry points. Cadets will be stationed at:

• 2 Main Gates

• 1 Side Gate

• 2 Cadets per gate

Cadets will be welcoming guests in full blue uniform, representing the Canadian Cadet Organizations with pride and professionalism.

Volunteer Hours:   09:30 – 17:00   Lunch will be provided for all volunteers.

To support cadet availability and avoid full‑day commitments, we will be organizing shift-based coverage throughout the day. This ensures every cadet has the opportunity to participate while maintaining flexibility for families during the summer break.
