STAND DOWN - THURSDAY 2 APRIL 2026

Cadets, Officers, Parents and Volunteers,

We will be standing down this Thursday due to BC Hydro work at YNJ that will result in scheduled power outages throughout our training night. After discussing the situation with the Squadron Sponsoring Committee, it’s clear that with no power, no lighting, and no functioning washrooms, that we cannot operate safely, and as such the best course of action is to postpone training for the evening.

Officers and Cadets, please use this time to stay connected with your teams. I strongly encourage you to check in with each other, review any ongoing plans, and make sure your departments remain organized and ready for our next parade night, and the rest of the year.
