First aid NCO position application package

If you are hoping to apply for the position of NCOIC or NCO2ic of the First Aid Teams for the 2025/2026 training year or have a significant role in running what is expected to be a groundbreaking year, please follow the application process below.

WHAT TO BE INCLUDED:

• What your training priorities would be for the year

• We will be having two separate First Aid teams this year: New first aid cadets (learning Standard first aid and Emergency first aid) AND Returning First Aid cadets (Learning higher level medicine in an interest based format -they will NOT be getting a certificate other than standard or Emergency) How would you balance this dynamic and ensure a smooth running dual team?

• Week by week schedule of what to teach for BOTH teams (new and returning)

• Something you want to see this year that we haven't done in the past.

This application package MUST be in a document format attached to the email (word or PDF like adobe are fine)

We are hoping to fill 5 NCO-positions this year and amongst that we have lots of room for senior leadership within the teams.
