WARNING ORDER

INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

1. SITUATION

A. 746 Lightning Hawk RCACS will conduct a workshop for instructors.

2. TARGET ATTENDEES

A. Cadets in level 4 and above who are interested in teaching classes this training year.

3. MISSION

A. Main Effort: Improve the quality of instruction within the squadron.

B. End State: Instructors will know how to teach classes in an engaging and effective manner.

4. EXECUTION

A. Cadets shall attend virtual training on 9 Nov 20 from 19:00hrs – 20:30hrs, dress shall be appropriate civilian attire.

B. Cadets shall attend in person training on 14 Nov 20 from 10:00hrs – 16:30hrs, at the squadron LHQ, dress shall be appropriate civilian attire, and cadets need to bring a lunch.
