All cadets attending FTX Mappandi Missio from 27-29th Jan 23, must complete this permission form and bring it with them on Friday when they are dropped off at the LHQ @1600hrs.
Cadets who do not have this permission form with them when they arrive on Friday will not participate in the FTX.
